AED update post for all those that attended the 2024 Christmas Party on the 1st of December.
Elsie and her daughter Amy had the privilege of delivering on behalf of the ENB QLD Community a new defibrillator to staff at Vunapope Hospital!
Kate, the dedicated paramedic working for St John’s reached out to our group in November about the need for an AED at Vunapope Hospital ED. We dedicated funds raised from our Xmas gathering to this immediately – and this morning were able to deliver this gift for Christmas.
Kate demonstrated how to use the device, ensuring the team at Vunapope are equipped to provide life-saving care. This defibrillator is the only one currently on base, and we are grateful for the hard work and commitment of the hospital staff.
Boina Tuna, Thank you, Kate, and the entire team at Vunapope for your unwavering dedication to the health and safety of our people in ENBP! Merry Christmas!
